Mem-Mem Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 23, 2026

Mem-Mem is provided by SERPICO ENTERPRISES, L.L.C., publishing on Google Play as Plan 9 from Outer Space. This policy explains how information is handled when you use Mem-Mem or contact us about the app.

Mem-Mem is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Its initial distribution is in the United States.

For privacy questions or requests, email vincent.serpico@ailearningcenter.ai.

Information stored on your device

Mem-Mem stores your game progress, scores, collected characters, preferences and purchase-access information on your device. You do not create a Mem-Mem account. The game does not upload your saved boards or character collection to our purchase-verification service.

Local game information remains on your device until it is replaced during play or removed through Android's app-storage controls. Your device's backup settings may affect copies retained by the operating system.

Purchases

Google Play handles payments for Mem-Mem Plus. To verify a purchase or restore access, the app sends our verification service the product identifier, Google Play purchase token, a randomly generated installation identifier and a random request-validation value. The installation identifier is created by Mem-Mem; it is not your device's hardware serial number.

Our service checks the purchase with Google Play and returns a digitally signed receipt. We use this information to provide purchased features, acknowledge completed purchases, handle restoration and prevent unauthorized access. We do not receive your payment-card details through this service.

The service processes purchase-verification details in memory and does not keep a purchase-history database or write purchase tokens into its application logs. The app retains a receipt on your device for access checks. A receipt's offline authorization lasts up to seven days before successful online verification is needed again; expiration of authorization does not mean every stored copy of the receipt is immediately deleted. Google retains its purchase records under its own policies.

Provided access codes
If we provide an access code, the app sends that code, a randomly generated installation identifier, and a request-validation value to our verification service over HTTPS to confirm access. The service checks the code and returns a digitally signed receipt valid for up to seven days. We do not store submitted codes in application logs or a redemption-history database. The app stores the receipt on your device, not the code. You can remove code-based access in the app or clear Android app storage. Hosting providers may process operational request information as described under Support and service operations.

Advertising and privacy choices

Free players can choose to watch a rewarded ad to receive a Quick Peek. Mem-Mem Plus suppresses ads. Advertising is provided through Google AdMob. The app requests non-personalized ads, but advertising still involves processing data.

Google's advertising software can collect IP addresses, approximate location derived from IP addresses, app and ad interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers, including the Android advertising identifier when available. Google uses this information for advertising, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. The data processed depends on your device settings, privacy choices and the advertising software's configuration.

Where available or required, Mem-Mem presents privacy choices through Google's consent tools. You can revisit available choices using Settings → Privacy choices, including choices about sale or sharing of data for advertising where offered. You can also manage your advertising identifier in Android settings. Opting out does not necessarily stop all advertising or data processing needed to deliver ads and prevent fraud.

See Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy and how Google uses information from partner apps: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites for its data practices, retention and controls.

Support and service operations

If you contact us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to provide. We use it to respond to your request and resolve support, purchase or privacy issues. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or purchase tokens by email.

Hosting and email providers process information to operate these services. Our verification service is hosted on Google Cloud Run. Network requests expose technical information such as IP address, request time, requested endpoint and response status to the hosting infrastructure. Operational logs may contain this information to maintain availability, investigate errors and protect against abuse. These logs are separate from the application's purchase-verification records. Routine request logs are retained for 30 days; records needed to investigate an incident, meet a legal obligation or handle a dispute may be retained longer under the criteria below.

We retain support correspondence and operational records only as long as needed for the purposes described here, including resolving requests, maintaining security, complying with legal obligations and handling disputes. Relevant factors include whether a request remains unresolved, whether information is needed to investigate an incident, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed. Information processed by Google and other providers is also subject to their applicable retention practices.

Sharing and security

We share information with Google for purchases and advertising and with service providers for hosting, email and support as described above. We may also disclose information when required by law or to address fraud, abuse or security incidents.

Purchase verification uses HTTPS, and the app checks digitally signed receipts before granting purchase access. We use safeguards appropriate to the information and service, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your privacy requests

Depending on your state and the laws that apply, you may have rights to access, correct, obtain a copy of, or delete personal information, and to opt out of certain advertising-related processing. Email vincent.serpico@ailearningcenter.ai to make a request or appeal our response. We may request information reasonably needed to verify your request, and will explain any applicable limits or reasons we cannot fulfill it. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

You can clear local progress, preferences and purchase-access information through Android's app-storage controls. This does not delete Google Play's purchase records, cancel a purchase or erase information held by other providers. Restoring Plus afterward requires connecting to Google Play again. There is no Mem-Mem account to delete.

Children

Mem-Mem is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact the email above so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.

Policy scope and changes

This policy covers Mem-Mem. The website that hosts this page may have separate privacy and cookie notices for website visits.

We may update this policy when our practices or the app change. Updates will appear on this page with a revised effective date, and we will provide additional notice where required.
