Vincent Serpico
FOUNDER
Vincent Serpico is the Founder of the AI Learning Center, where he leads curriculum development and teaches hands-on workshops focused on practical AI applications for business. With over 30 years bridging the gap between business vision and technical execution, Vincent brings hard-earned wisdom from both sides of the table—writing code and signing contracts.
A self-taught coder since age 14, Vincent founded and led a 30-person development shop that built over 250 applications for clients across industries. As a serial entrepreneur, he's navigated every major tech shift from the PC revolution to mobile, cloud, and now AI.
Vincent is now focused full-time on AI education, driven by his belief that most people don't need to become AI experts—they need someone in their corner who already is. He studies AI tools hours a day, seven days a week, so his students don't have to.
At his core, Vincent is passionate about eliminating the lag between AI innovation and adoption, delivering cutting-edge insights with practical, real-world applications.
Alex Koupal
CHIEF GROWTH & OPERATIONS OFFICER (CGOO)
Alex Koupal is the Chief Growth Officer at the AI Learning Center, where she leads programming, sales, marketing, and community building with a focus on practical, everyday applications of AI. Inspired by technology and lifelong learning, Alex is passionate about teaching others how to confidently use AI to grow their work and businesses.
She is also the Director of Venture Café Phoenix, where she builds inclusive communities, reduces silos, and supports economic development across the region by connecting people, ideas, and opportunities.
Alex is the Founder of Alimental Business, a growth consultancy that helps entrepreneurs and small businesses move out of the operator mindset and into a growth mindset. Through staffing strategy, leadership coaching, SOP development, and operational structure, Alimental Business helps companies build strong foundations, then scale sales through community and event-driven growth.
At her core, Alex loves connecting people, teaching others, and helping individuals and organizations align with their true path.
Mike Vanderslice
CHIEF CORE OPERATIONS OFFICER (CCOO)
Mike Vanderslice is the Chief Core Operations Officer at the AI Learning Center, where he oversees operational infrastructure, process development, and training systems that enable scalable, high-quality AI education. With a track record of building and optimizing operations at over 10 startups, Mike brings deep expertise in creating systems that work.
Throughout his career, Mike has led a wide range of functions including operations, product management, customer support, training, process development, and customer success—experience that translates directly into building world-class learning experiences. He has achieved multiple successful exits, giving him unique insight into what it takes to scale organizations effectively.
At the AI Learning Center, Mike is focused on ensuring that every student receives a consistent, high-quality experience while building the operational foundation for growth. His systematic approach to problem-solving helps the team move fast without breaking things.

Tino Mavunga is a Claude AI Campus Ambassador at Arizona State University and a Master of Global Management candidate specializing in Digital Transformation at Thunderbird School of Global Management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Management from Monash University and a certificate in Software Entrepreneurship from MEST Africa. Originally from Zimbabwe, Tino has lived and worked across South Africa, Ghana, Spain, and the U.S., bringing a global perspective to the intersection of technology, people, and business. She co-founded the Claude Builder Club at ASU, organizing AI hackathons with 250+ participants, and is a TEDx speaker with 60+ published articles.
